Right-of-Way Clearing ScheduleBluebonnet’s 11,000+-mile electricity delivery system requires perpetual maintenance. So that our crews can work safely and efficiently, we require a particular amount of cleared area, or right-of-way, around our poles, lines and transformers. Asplundh Mendoza area – Williamson RD., Hwy. 21 from FM 2720 to Rocky rd., fm2720 FROM Hwy. 21 to Holly Rd., FM 20001 from Hwy 21 to Bobwhite RD., Schuelke RD., US 183 from Hwy 21 to Schuelke RD., FM1854, Old San Antonio Rd., County Line Rd., Lytton Ln. Luling area – Washburn RD., FM 2984, San Marcos Hwy., US 80, Woodrow Center RD., US 90, FM 1104, Fentress Paige area – Cardinal Dr., Travis Rd., Hwy 21 from US 290 to Fm 1441, Old Potato Rd., Mustang Dr. McCoy Tree Warda area – Hwy 77 South of CR217, CR221, CR220, CR219, Jurk Rd. Industry area - SH 159 Willow Springs, town of Industry, Blezinger Rd.
