Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative is overseen by a ten-member
board of directors, while a general manager/CEO leads the
cooperative’s day-to-day operations.
Bluebonnet board members are also members of the
cooperative, and are elected at-large for three-year, rotating
terms. No more than two directors can be elected from any
one of the 14 counties served by Bluebonnet.
