Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative
Scholarship of Excellence Winners Announced

(GIDDINGS, TEXAS) Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative is pleased to announce the winners of this year’s Bluebonnet Scholarship of Excellence contest. Eleven academic recipients will receive $4,000 for college over
the course of four years and one trade and technical recipient will receive $3,000 for college over the course of two years. This is Bluebonnet’s ninth year to award scholarships to help further student’s education.
“Awarding the Bluebonnet Scholarship of Excellence is one of the most rewarding things we do,” said Mark Rose, CEO/General Manager. “Looking at the applications and letters of reference required for the scholarship, we get to see the talent and dedication of the young people in our community.”
