Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative
Gives Scholarships to Two Elgin Students

(ELGIN, TEXAS) Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative is pleased to announce the winners of this year’s Bluebonnet Scholarship of Excellence contest. Two of these scholarships were presented to Elgin High School seniors. Kelly Frances Warner, the academic recipient, received $4,000 for college over the course of four years. Justin Tyme Witbrodt received $3,000 for trade or technical school over the course of two years. This is Bluebonnet’s ninth year to award scholarships to help further students’ education.
