Transfer Power

Smooth move

To move your electric service from one location to another within Bluebonnet’s service area:

  • You disconnect at your old location the same day you connect at your new location.
  • We bill an activation fee on your first or next bill.

Call our Member Service number at 800-842-7708 or visit one of our Member Service Centers to complete your request.

New and Old

To make a service request at an existing location:

  • Please provide the complete 911 address and/or street address of the property to the location you are taking over
  • Appropriate fees for your service request must be paid prior to connection.
